		<description>Heh, you have a point there.  Not sure why I went straight into rolled sushi.  I&#039;ll get to hand rolls in the next (and final) segment, and will even touch on nigiri sushi as well.</description>

		<description>Personally I would have taught people how to make temaki (hand rolls) before making rolls that require sudare technique. One of the things I really like doing for a party is to put out a container of sushi rice, a platter of pre-cut nori, and a bigger platter of stuff to put in your temaki. It doesn&#039;t matter if people can roll the temaki in the familiar cone shape or if they end up basically making sushi tacos. It&#039;s all good, it&#039;s all tasty.</description>
