One of the things I really like doing for a party is to put out a container of sushi rice, a platter of pre-cut nori, and a bigger platter of stuff to put in your temaki. It doesn't matter if people can roll the temaki in the familiar cone shape or if they end up basically making sushi tacos. It's all good, it's all tasty.
